Collection
Sourced through collectors, aggregators, community collection centres and commercial suppliers.
Aggregation
Materials are consolidated, weighed and prepared for sorting and processing.
Sorting
Bottles sorted by colour and quality, with unwanted materials and contaminants removed.
Shredding
Sorted PET bottles are mechanically processed into smaller pieces or flakes.
Washing
Cold, warm or hot washing, depending on customer requirements.
Drying
Washed PET flakes are properly drained and dried before packaging.
Quality Inspection
Checked against agreed specifications — cleanliness, colour, moisture, contamination.
Packaging
Approved materials are packed according to customer and shipping requirements.
Export Logistics
Documentation, inland transport, container loading and shipment via Nigerian ports.
Quality Assurance
Quality and consistency are important throughout our PET supply chain. We work with processing partners and suppliers to control material quality from collection through processing and final shipment.
Quality control areas
Lab analysis
Where required by the customer, laboratory analysis and third-party inspection can be arranged to verify agreed product specifications before shipment.
